Erica Carretero, MA

Counseling & Transpersonal Psychology - Vibrational Healing Therapy

Erica is a clinical psychologist from Brazil with individual and group counseling experience. She has worked in the mental health recovery field with a focus on the Latin community in Atlanta. For over fifteen years, Erica personalizes treatments through her Transformational Life Healing Process Therapy. Her treatments consist of techniques including:

  • Transpersonal psychology, mindfulness
  • Deep relaxation techniques, meditation
  • Vibrational therapy and Energy healing;
  • Chakra balance
  • NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
  • Inner family constellation
  • Reiki Master
  • Enneagram Personality Types
  • Brain spotting
  • TFT – Thought Field Therapy

A combination of transpersonal psychology and vibrational therapy has shown successful results. Erica incorporates an integrative counseling approach with a spiritual dimension in the treatment which is essential in the healing process in order to create balance, and wellbeing as a whole.

The vibrational therapy addresses emotional levels of consciousness where spiritual intelligence and healing energy targets the root of problems that keeps one from flourishing and reaching their full potential.

Human beings are made by pure energy, driven by their own thoughts and emotions. Therefore traumatic events affect the body by creating a flow of malfunction energy which impairs the physical, emotional, and cognitive health. This may lead to depression, anxiety, maladaptive thoughts, self-defeating thoughts, self-sabotage thoughts, fear, low self-esteem, and pain (emotional and physical). During the healing process, every part of one’s personality is reintegrated allowing a sense of unity in the mind and body to create emotional balance.

Love is the essence that restores the well-being though spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically healing.

Maria Torres

Lic. Acupuncturist Therapist and Herbalist

Maria is a native of Miami, FL who has recently made GA her new home. Growing up in a large family food was always a unifying element. Maria learned at an early age the healing power of food and the benefits of traditional healing. One of her earliest memories of this was watching her grandparents prepare herbal teas and remedies from herbs and plants that were collected from their backyard each time anyone was not feeling well. This ignited a 20-year career in the healthcare field specializing in food and nutrition. Maria worked in hospitals, retirement communities, assisted living facilities and nursing homes where she combined her passion for helping people with the healing properties of herbs and foods. Maria was initially drawn to acupuncture after part of her face became paralyzed due to a condition typically caused due to high levels of stress, known as Bell's Palsy. Through acupuncture, Maria experienced an accelerated, full recovery. It was this that inspired her to pursue a career as an acupuncture physician. Operations Manager

Janine Rahl was born in Goiania, Brazil amid a troubling political and economic atmosphere. In this disadvantaged community, she grew a passion and appreciation for service, education, and healthcare access. Janine earned her bachelor's degree in Media Communication. Through the dissemination of information as a reporter and writer, she aimed to elevate communities by bringing in knowledge and awareness. Throughout her career and volunteer efforts, Janine has mastered English, Spanish, and Portuguese. After moving to the United States, she recognized that this developed country lacked something that even her small community in Brazil had – an acceptance of alternative and complementary medical systems. Upon noticing this shortcoming, she has utilized her skills and cultural competency to work in the industry to emphasize the benefits of these therapies and expand their use within traditional biomedical systems--
